Thermoplastic Tanks

Introducing our 'SAFESTORE' range designed for hazardous chemical storage.

Our standard range of vertical cylindrical Polypropylene storage tanks range from 1000 Litres to 15000 Litres. The 'SAFESTORE' range is designed and built to BS EN 12573 capable of withstanding a maximun SG of 1.2 at atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature. Tanks to store contents with a higher specific gravity and to meet higher temperatures can be designed and made on request. 

Our thermoplastic storage tanks  are manufactured from either black polypropylene (fully UV stabilised for indoor or outdoor installations), Natural polypropylene (suitable for indoor applications), or HDPE.

The extensive range of thermoplastic storage tanks come with optional fill lines, top manways (bolted), cowled vents, outlets, overflows c/w downpipe, bolt down feet and lifting lugs to name a few.

Polypropylene tanks are currently being used to contain:

Acetic Acid, Brine, Demineralised Water, Detergents, Hydrochloric Acid, General Chemicals, Organic Salts, Sulphuric Acid, Beer, Fruit Juices, Liquid Sugar/Syrup, Malt Extracts, Milk Products, Potable Water, Vinegar, Wines, Etc.

The Safestore range is designed for hazardous chemical storage using a safety factor of 2.0 taken from BS EN12573.
