CONTROL PANELS
Wherever there are tanks, pumps or pipework, there is every chance that process control will be required. Flocktons TVP can supply Control Panels from the most basic to the most complex for a wide range of applications. If you require a Control Panel, let us offer a complete design, build and installation package, backed up by comprehensive after sales service and maintenance. We are able to supply both electrical and pneumatic control systems for a wide range of applications.

Design:
Our Control Panel Design Engineers will discuss your exact process control requirements, to include pumping, pump speed control, instrumentation and monitoring, local and distant alarm output functions and any more specialised requirements. Detailed AutoCAD drawings and specification sheets can be produced according to individual customer’s requirements

Manufacture:
We will design & manufacture control panels using either our own high specification products including Allen Bradley, Hitachi, Wieland, Idec, Omron, Pilz & Mitsubishi, or to a customer’s own drawing and specification. We are fully conversant with Programmable Logic controllers (‘PLC’s) and the latest Human / Machine Interfaces (HMI’s)

All panels are fully tested prior to installation, and all parameters and settings are recorded in a Job Technical File for future reference.

Installation and Commissioning:
We will commission control panels on-site wherever practical and will continue to work closely with our customers until they are totally satisfied that the control panel is functioning correctly. We do not view any order as a ‘one off’ and obviously want our customers to come back to discuss their next project.
